ITS partnered with the Surabaya City Government to train 214 food business operators in hygiene and food sanitation practices. This initiative reflects ITS’s commitment to supporting safe, healthy, and standardized culinary zones in Surabaya. Backed by expert-led sessions, the training aims to build a more reliable and high-quality food system in the city.
Three Statistics students from ITS successfully earned dual degrees from the University of Essex, UK, as the first graduates of the Double Degree program. They presented their final research on critical development issues in Indonesia through an online mini-thesis seminar. This achievement highlights ITS’s commitment to producing globally competitive graduates with international insight.
ITS inaugurated a Central Temporary Storage Facility (TPS) for hazardous waste (B3) to reinforce its commitment to sustainable and responsible campus environmental management. This facility will collect B3 waste from all campus activities and be managed through an integrated Fastronik system connected to Surabaya’s Environmental Agency. It supports the achievement of SDGs points 3, 9, and 11, while strengthening ITS's efforts toward international accreditation and global-standard campus governance.

Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) has campuses spread across four different locations in the cities of Surabaya and Sidoarjo, East Java.
The ITS Sukolilo campus occupies an area of 180 hectares and is the main campus for teaching and learning activities.
The Manyar Campus is home to the Department of Civil Infrastructure Engineering and the Faculty of VOCATIONS.
The Cokroaminoto Campus is allocated for the Doctoral and Masters in Interdiciplinary School of Management Technology school, as well as several collaborative programs.
